When we started concepting Serenity's Spa we wanted a single rule: every room should make a player exhale.
Palette first
We started from a 12-color palette pulled from spa interiors in Kyoto and Lisbon. The brief was non-negotiable: no oversaturated greens, no harsh primaries.
Lighting as the silent character
The lighting model is a custom three-pass system. The first pass is ambient warmth, the second is rim-light from the windows, the third is bounce lighting from the furniture itself.
It is the wallpaper that surprises people, though. Each piece is hand-painted, scanned, and tiled by an artist on our team — never AI, never generated.
