1. Our policy

FS Gamez respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects players and partners to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in our Games, on this website, or in content players share through our Services, in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, close the accounts of repeat infringers.

2. How to send an infringement notice

Email faisalsharif24@gmail.comwith the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

• your full name, address, phone number and email address;
• a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• where the material is (the Game name and platform, the in-game location or username, or the exact URL on this website), with enough detail for us to find it;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.

3. Counter-notices

If content you posted was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you had the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to faisalsharif24@gmail.com including:

• your full name, address, phone number and email address;
• a description of the removed material and where it appeared before;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or, if you are outside the United States, any court where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward your counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10–14 business days that they have started legal action, we may restore the material.

4. Use of our content

Our Games, art, music, characters and the FS Gamez brand are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share gameplay videos, streams and screenshots as described in our Terms of Service. If you see our Games copied, cloned or re-uploaded without permission, please let us know at faisalsharif24@gmail.com.
